ISWAN 2023 Seminar

Finnish Seamen's Service is happy to host this year's ISWAN 2023 Seminar. This year's seminar theme is "Addressing the maritime recruitment crisis: Seafarer wellbeing in a changing world".

This seminar will take a solutions-focused approach to exploring how the maritime sector needs to address the recruitment and retention gap. The seminar is free and open to everyone.
